Brief
512 Online asked CTI Digital to design and build their very first web presence. As an already established business the company had grown purely through recommendations, often through direct contact with the Managing Director to secure the client.
The website needed to work with the well known personality and basic brand image the company had already established. The site would act as a new lead generation tool, and a contact point to direct referrals to. There was also a need to allow existing clients to access an information library and shipping tacker to reduce inbound customer service calls.
Technology
The Drupal CMS platform allowed us create a visually stunning design with a simple and intuitive navigation. The design conveyed the confident fun culture of the team. The site also included News feature and Mailing list in addition to the all important contact form.
Benefits and Results
The site was well received by existing customers finding the design appealing and information library useful, most of which signed up for the Mailing list opening up a new channel for encouraging repeat business.
