As our services and client base has grown, we have an immediate requirement for a Digital Marketing Strategist. CTI offers the opportunity to work collaboratively on challenging projects, delivering high-quality solutions for varied clients.

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you’ll need a strong ability in creating digital marketing strategies and selling to new and existing clients. You’ll have the opportunity to influence and shape our ever-evolving marketing-sales process while working closely with the Marketing Director. 

Working with many of the UK’s prominent brands from eCommerce, B2B, nonprofit and public sector organisations, our marketing team is committed to producing quality results for our clients. You will play a key role in selling their successful services to win new clients and grow this team.

A Digital Marketing Strategist will:

  • Be responsible for evolving and improving the new business pipeline for CTI's marketing services.
  • Be responsible for selling CTI’s marketing services to new and existing clients.
  • Conduct initial calls with potential leads, qualify these leads and generate proposals for services including SEO, advertising, email marketing and affiliates, on retainer or project basis.
  • Have experience in generating ROI forecasts for the above channels.
  • Respond to tenders for marketing services.
  • Continually improve the sales and pitch process, to improve efficiency and win rate.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and work closely with the sales team to ensure a consistent approach to how we sell and win work.


Our ideal candidate will be:

  • From a strong sales background, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Charismatic and confident when presenting in a commercial setting.
  • Confident in their commercial awareness.
  • Experienced with the tender response process.
  • An active part of networking groups and business communities in the UK.
  • Experienced in selling performance-based marketing services.

Other desirable traits include:

  • Experience selling marketing services in a marketing and development agency setting.
  • Experience using Proposify and Hubspot Sales.
  • Passion for Digital Marketing excellence.
  • Active involvement with the Digital Marketing community.
