You’ll be working in the biggest on-site Drupal development team in the North (probably) where you’ll be encouraged and supported to continue your own learning and development, and whilst you’ll predominantly be working on client projects, there will still be ample opportunity for you to input into the Drupal strategy through time spent on internal product development, helping CTI Digital retain a competitive advantage in the market.

What will your role look like?

  • Solving challenging problems, using an extensive understanding of Drupal’s architecture, APIs and custom module development.
  • Working in a collaborative team to produce solutions in line with defined requirements.
  • Ensuring the technical quality and consistency of developments that you produce, in terms of the key areas: Security, Maintainability, and Performance.
  • Guiding and mentoring less-experienced developers, working effectively as a team.
  • Constantly improving to keep pace with new innovations and technologies.

 

What experience and skills will you have?

  • A proven track record of developing Drupal websites to an exceptional standard 
  • Excellent PHP coding abilities
  • Experience of code-driven development (Drupal 7 features-based development workflow and Drupal 8 configuration management system).
  • Familiar with common security vulnerabilities and using Drupal’s APIs to prevent malicious attacks
  • A good communicator with an ability to translate technical solutions to varied audiences.
