Are you an experience Drupal techician? Come and join our highly-skilled team.
CTI offers the opportunity to work collaboratively on challenging projects, delivering high-quality solutions for respected clients.
As a Drupal Support Technician, you will be tasked with diagnosing issues with Drupal sites, implementing fixes and answering queries for a variety of multinational clients. In order to provide the best quality reactive support for our clients, we also have a rota system, for technical support beyond our working day.
CTI follow agile principles and have a keen focus on ensuring our technical infrastructure enables our teams to perform to their best. We will, of course, provide full training on our processes and ticketing, monitoring and deployment systems. But before all of that: you can expect an informal interview, followed by a coding test, so we can see how you approach technical problems.
