We're on the lookout for a Paid Media Executive, to join the growing marketing team at CTI Digital.

You will have the opportunity to manage and analyse campaigns for a varied range of clients. Reporting to the Advertising Manager, a Paid Media Executive will research, set up and optimise PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, to achieve maximum ROI.

A Paid Media Executive will:

  • Assist with the creation, management and reporting of PPC accounts for our clients, with the Advertising Manager’s support.
  • Conduct keyword research, including traffic volumes and costs, to identify potential keywords.
  • Optimise PPC accounts through bid adjustments, search query reports and budget allocation, to maximise return on investment based on client KPIs.
  • Produce advert copy, and conduct A/B testing, ad reviews and landing page testing for CTR and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Perform daily budget management and campaign performance analysis. 
  • Monitor competitors’ pay per click campaigns and report on keywords being targeted elsewhere.
  • Use Google Analytics to gain insights on audiences, devices, seasonality and other areas.
  • Assist with strategy, forecasts and proposals for new and existing clients.
  • Analyse and interpret campaign data to create reports on campaign results, for senior management and clients.
  • Collaborate with designers, to produce creative assets for campaigns when needed.

 

Our ideal candidate will be:

  • Experienced within an agency setting, having managed multiple advertising accounts across Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram and other social channels.
  • A clear communicator and comfortable in client-facing situations.
  • Experienced with managing pay per click campaigns for a variety of organisations (both eCommerce and Lead Generation).
  • Able to prove working knowledge of biddable media and social media platforms, including Google Ads, Bing & YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest or Snapchat.
  • Up-to-date in their knowledge of Google Analytics and other common digital marketing software.
  • Able to provide actionable recommendations to drive ROI, based on robust numerical and data analysis skills.
  • A proficient user of Google Docs and MS Office, in particular spreadsheet-based applications.


Other desirable traits include:

  • Experience with different campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping and Video.
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to assist in translating client briefs into results.
  • Demonstrable passion for all things digital and for keeping up with industry trends. 
  • Working knowledge of campaign tracking solutions and software.
