As a global retailer, McGraw-Hill Education were managing multiple e-commerce websites. They required a global retail platform that would provide the business with the necessary agility to launch new products and to react quickly to changing market demands.
We migrated their website onto a Magento platform to reduce cost of ownership and to enable global scalability. We designed a bespoke API integration to reduce manual intervention whilst synchronising orders and inventory. Enabling McGraw-Hill to adapt easily to new regions, with localised payment systems and languages. We provided an infrastructure capable of enterprise-level search and scalable cloud-hosting, to help users receive the best experience whilst preparing for the term ahead.
High Street TV is one of the UK’s largest omnichannel retailers. Operating four 24-hour shopping channels, across SKY and Freesat, their product range is available to buy online, in-store and over the phone. High Street TV were familiar with the feature-rich capabilities provided by the Magento platform. Therefore, they were keen to explore the comprehensive set of new features, performance improvements and security enhancements provided by Magento 2.
We simplified inventory management and integrated into the existing Order Management System, developing an order export interface that passes website orders to the warehouse in real-time. Integrating Reevoo customer reviews was also key to influencing customers’ decision to purchase. As Highstreet TV have an extensive product range, we introduced enterprise-level search technology and provided an elastic infrastructure, that scales in-line with seasonal demand. As such, we were able to give customers the fastest possible experience during peak shopping seasons, like Christmas and Black Friday.
Little Greene Paint Company is a British independent paint manufacturer, committed to the socially and environmentally responsible production of premium decorative paints and wallpapers. They were initially operating across a number of standalone websites, which we integrated into a single, streamlined product. This allowed for a reduction in administration required, as well as easy synchronisation with their in-house ERP system, to manage orders, price lists, samples and shipments.
Their new site provided multiple language capabilities and delivered a striking and consistently recognisable design throughout. Final appearance was of vital importance for a company that offers decorative aesthetic solutions.
