Through the framework, we (CTI Digital and hosting sister agency, Nublue) will offer 21 total services: 7 for Cloud Software (Software as a Service), 5 under Cloud hosting and 7 under Cloud Support.
Specific services include: enterprise architecture, user research and user experience, digital marketing, and GDS agile project delivery management. We will also provide services to support technologies across BigCommerce, Drupal, Magento, Shopify and Umbraco; as well as headless solutions.

G-Cloud 12 will run for 12 months from 28th September 2020; however, the Crown Commercial Service may extend the agreement up to a maximum of 12 months after this date.
