We are delighted to announce our fantastic team is a named government supplier on Crown Commercial Service's (CCS) G-Cloud 12 framework, part of the Digital Marketplace for public sector organisations.

What does being a named CCS supplier mean?

With this listing, customers within the public sector in the UK will have pre-approved access to CTI's award-winning strategy, development and marketing services.

This includes government organisations across:

  • Central government
  • Local government
  • Health
  • Education
  • Devolved administrations
  • Emergency services

Which services are we approved to supply?

We have been successful in all three lots of the framework, namely:

  • Lot 1: Cloud Hosting – including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions
  • Lot 2: Cloud Software – including Software as a Service (SaaS) applications
  • Lot 3: Cloud Support – including support to help set up and maintain cloud software or hosting services

Through the framework, we (CTI Digital and hosting sister agency, Nublue) will offer 21 total services: 7 for Cloud Software (Software as a Service), 5 under Cloud hosting and 7 under Cloud Support.

Specific services include: enterprise architecture, user research and user experience, digital marketing, and GDS agile project delivery management. We will also provide services to support technologies across BigCommerce, Drupal, Magento, Shopify and Umbraco; as well as headless solutions.

Our proud heritage within the Public Sector.

We've worked with the Public Sector for over a decade. From the Mayor of London to Arts Council England, every project is linked by a central goal; deliver an extraordinary experience, the smartest way. Be that through a streamlined process, revised technical infrastructures, or taking a fresh approach to an old challenge.

We are fiercely dedicated to supporting the public sector in achieving maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services.

In 2018/19, we helped the public sector to gain commercial benefits worth £945m.

Helping organisations to work smarter by streamlining processes is at the heart of our business. It's this infectious dedication that makes all of our Public Sector projects such a success.

Nick Rhind, CEO at CTI Digital said: "We are proud to be a recognised supplier to the UK Government for digital transformational requirements and projects."

"Projects, large or small from the Public Sector always start with a desire to serve their users better. Having invested heavily in user experience and a UX lab, we are uniquely positioned to deliver these extraordinary solutions for all kinds of government organisations, and we look forward to doing so."

G-Cloud 12 will run for 12 months from 28th September 2020; however, the Crown Commercial Service may extend the agreement up to a maximum of 12 months after this date.
