Arts Council England supports activities in the UK across the arts, museums and libraries. Their website serves as an authority in arts and culture, providing a space for job listings and community blogs, as well as a secure hub for funding applications. Arts Council’s former website and CMS capability didn’t afford the control and flexibility they needed.
We implemented a new flexible, modular component-based CMS to streamline back-end edits. Then, following rigorous user testing, we improved the application process for funding. Designing an eligibility gateway that encourages users to confirm whether they have all of the information they need before starting the process ultimately makes the experience more efficient and enjoyable for users.
Liverpool Everyman and Playhouse are two distinct theatres, which together make up a single artistic organisation transforming the lives of the community, particularly young people, in and around the City Region. Looking for a stable and long-term partnership, they have on-boarded their primary listing website with CTI Digital, securing their 15 years of experience in the digital industry.
Our experience with the Arts and Culture industry and major ticketing sites for Merlin Entertainments, won us the opportunity to support the theatre’s Drupal website. We began by conducting a digital health check, before providing hosting for the existing Drupal site.
