is no easy feat. Over 18 months, we made a central part of the then mayors digital strategy.

We implemented a User-Centred Service Design, by streamlining and grouping content intelligently. We also integrated systems that help with the site’s data migration, webcasts, taxonomy, assembly papers, planning decisions, jobs feed, and search sections. The site was given a scalable infrastructure, that will provide the support and speed necessary during peak demand periods, such as New Year’s Eve or times of community crisis.

Recognising a shift in consumer trends and hoping to maintain their best-in-class reputation, KCS restructured their entire business to provide an omnichannel shopping experience.

A comprehensive rebranding ensured that KCS remained consistent across channels, retaining brand loyalty as they shifted their sales focus from the catalogue to online. Operating on a B2B basis, it was key to optimise customer experience, encouraging bulk orders with ease and integrating an ‘order approvals’ process, allowing manageable permission levels for the end-user.

As a world-leading museum, the London Transport Museum (LTM) strive to inspire the minds of those who love the city through the story of transport. Looking to simplify their customer journey, LTM turned to us to begin the process of enhancing their online presence.  

With a series of workshops, we pieced together and refined how the LTM saw their future in the digital realm. Equipped with this knowledge, we created user-friendly designs across a digitally inclusive Drupal Platform, leaving the LTM team with the tools needed to confidently deliver content.
