By defining a vision for the Royal College of Occupational Therapists’ (RCOT's) digital future, we’ve better-engaged members and improved the accessibility of the site content.

Streamlined checkouts and increased revenue streams

Chester Zoo partnered with CTI Digital to revamp their website, focusing heavily on user research and A/B testing to enhance the user experience and better highlight the zoo's conservation efforts. Through thorough research, CTI Digital identified key user preferences and pain points, which informed the design and functionality updates.

A/B testing was used extensively to compare different versions of web pages and features, allowing for data-driven optimisations. These tests led to improved navigation, a streamlined checkout process for donations and bookings, and enriched content that effectively conveyed the zoo's conservation mission.
