Manchester Central is an icon in the city centre, hosting conferences and exhibitions for 130 years. They wanted a new website, to increase usability for all visitors, whilst showcasing both the venue and the city as a whole. Adopting a range of different media, they intended to drive business from markets worldwide.
Following our in-depth research, we designed an immersive visitor experience, intending to outperform competitors. Including clear, concise communication capacity, as well as a personalised style tile, we prepared Manchester Central for future expansion of their digital presence.
Art Tutor is an online learning environment, hosting an extensive library of art-based classes and hosting an online community, connecting art lovers and novices alike. When they came to us, The Protein Works was a start-up in the crowded sports nutrition marketplace. The client had big ambitions to become a market leader and needed an online presence to match. The new site had to attract a high volume of traffic, make it easy for customers to buy and, importantly, keep them coming back.
Taking into consideration the intense competition, the importance of delivery time and the lack of personalisation offered by competitors, our team developed a clear online identity. A countdown telling the 'time until next delivery', integrated independent customer reviews, and a customised one-page checkout all worked to boost key conversion rates.
