Our structured support onboarding process includes the completion of a Health Check by one of our Magento, Drupal or Umbraco experts.

Once completed, you will be provided with a report that details the current state of your website along with any associated remedial work that needs to be undertaken.

Our team of certified engineers work through issues on an ad-hoc basis each month using the available bank of hours defined in your agreement.
