CTI Digital shortlisted for Personnel Today Award for AI adoption
CTI Digital and its AI HR assistant have been shortlisted for the Personnel Today Awards 2026.
CTI is delighted to be included in the ‘Excellence in Adoption of AI’ category, alongside brands such as B&Q and Capita.
The nomination comes as recognition of CTI Digital’s Innovation Team and its work on an AI HR assistant. The RAG-based solution draws on internal documentation and provides instant answers to colleagues via Slack integration and within CTI's own internal LLM.
Uptake of the tool has helped our HR department to be more efficient and engaged, and reduced employee frustration at having to search policy documents themselves or wait for a reply.
The awards are run by Personnel Today – the UK’s leading free-access HR website, established in 1999 – and celebrate the best achievements in HR and L&D.
Winners will be announced at a ceremony on 17 November 2026 at the Grosvenor House Hotel on London's Park Lane.
