AI Training & Innovation Workshops

Interactive sessions built for how your team actually works.

From curiosity to competency

We help marketing teams move beyond the hype. Our bespoke innovation workshops provide the clarity, skills, and strategic frameworks needed to integrate AI into your workflows effectively and sustainably.

Practical knowledge from people already doing the work

  1. Grounded in real workflows

Every session is built around the actual tasks your team faces, not abstract AI theory. We start with your pain points, not ours.

  2. Honest about limitations

We'll tell you where AI isn't the answer as clearly as we'll show you where it is. No hype, no vendor bias.

  3. Outcomes you can measure

We define success metrics from the start – time saved, quality uplift, risk reduction – so you can see the value delivered.

A modular training programme designed to flex with you

Every workshop can be run as a standalone activity, but we recommend the full training programme for teams who want structured, lasting change. From understanding your current AI maturity through to ongoing learning and landscape updates.

    Phase 4: Quarterly L&D updates

Phase 1: Discovery & baselining

AI maturity & usage baseline

Before we can help your team better use AI, we need to understand where you're starting from. This session will give everyone an honest picture of current tool usage and confidence levels.

We explore appetite for experimentation versus standardisation, awareness of AI capabilities and limitations, and identify capability gaps. Everything we uncover here shapes the sessions that follow.

Format: Pre-work survey + facilitated in-person workshop.

What you’ll walk away with:

  • An AI maturity snapshot by role/team
  • A skills and confidence heat map
  • A breakdown of priority capability gaps
  • Inputs that will shape all future sessions

Phase 2: Innovation & pain-point discovery

Opportunity-mapping workshop

This session bridges pain points and strategy. We map day-to-day marketing workflows, surface repetitive or low-value tasks, and reframe pain points as real, addressable opportunities (with tools or patterns that match).

Every idea gets pressure-tested against feasibility, risk, and actual value.

Format: In-person workshop

What you’ll walk away with:

  • An AI opportunity map
  • Short-term experimentation roadmap
  • Quick-wins vs. longer-term opportunities
  • Shared principles for where AI should and should not be used

More ways we can help

Training is one part of what we do. We draw on a broad
innovation toolkit that combines creativity, technology, and
commercial focus. There's no one-size-fits-all.

Phase 3: Practical enablement & skill-building

Prompting for marketers (role-based training)

We provide hands-on training built around the marketing tasks people actually do. We cover prompt patterns for real work, how to use AI for ideation, refinement, and validation, and the critical differences between internal LLMs and public tools.

Guardrails and quality control are tackled head-on, and every participant leaves with reusable templates they can put to work straight away.

We’ll examine how to manage hand-offs between humans and AI, and how to avoid tool sprawl.

Format: In-person workshop

What you’ll walk away with:

  • Example AI-enabled workflow maps
  • Clear do's and don'ts for AI usage
  • Alignment across teams

Phase 4: Quarterly L&D updates

AI Landscape & tools series

AI doesn't stand still and neither should your team's knowledge. Run quarterly, these sessions cut through the noise to surface what's actually changed, what's worth paying attention to, and what to ignore.

We cover everything from responsible AI usage to new tools across creative, media, CRM, SEO, and insights. Plus, time to answer real questions from your team face-to-face.

Format: L&D sessions (in-person or online).

What you’ll walk away with:

  • A shared understanding of the AI landscape
  • Reduced noise and FOMO
  • Confident, informed decision-making across the team

Planning a project?

We understand that, especially for charitable organisations, return on every pound spent is key.

Talk to us about the Innovation Accelerator Fund

The fund is a way for us to partner more closely with forward-thinking clients who want to explore emerging technologies such as custom generative AI projects or mixed reality experiences.

To make it easier to take that first step, we’ll match your investment in an innovation project: if your project is valued at £10k, you’ll only pay £5k, with the remainder funded by us. In return, all we ask is the opportunity to share the journey and results as a case study, helping us both showcase what’s possible.

It’s a collaborative way to experiment, push boundaries, and create something truly stand-out, together.

All innovation projects are subject to a full scoping process.
