With +16 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Tine sees marketing as the commercial core of any business. As CMO in Ucommerce, she works closely with tech partners on finding the next project together through lead generation - underlining the importance of a close relationship as the ignition to create business value. In the past decade, she has worked in the software and digital agency industries + spent 4 years as an independent digital strategic advisor.

Tine is the editor’s advocate and enjoys reminding everybody of the importance of the editor's experience.

 

Steve Gale - Group Commercial Director @ CTI Digital

Working in digital for over 20 years, Steve has been a software developer, a technical consultant, and managed his own small web development agency; before moving to CTI Digital as Commercial Director 11 years ago. Since joining, he has been instrumental in helping CTI Digital become one of the UK's largest independent agencies, where the turnover has grown to over £18 million; from being the 19th employee to sitting on the agency's board of the now 200-strong award-winning, full-service digital agency, Steve is now driving CTI Digital's commercial vision across the globe as Group Commercial Director.

Steve has worked across a range of industries to deliver transformative solutions for ambitious brands and influential organisations; from B2C, Government, FMCG, Travel, and Tourism to Arts and Creative.

 

Thomas Eldblom - CTO @ Pentia

Thomas is a digital technologist and evangelist and has been part of the digital platform industry since its inception. He has a long history as digital architect and advisor to key clients in Scandinavia and internationally. He has consulted on digital business and digital platform development in organizations such as Toyota, QBE insurance, Codan/RSA insurance group, Danish Parliament, Volvo Trucks, IISS, bWin, Danish National Lottery and many more. Thomas is an avid speaker and thought leader on anything digital in media, at conferences, events and user groups.

Thomas was part of the founding development team of the Sitecore content management platform. Currently the CTO at Pentia - a digital agency operating in Scandinavia - he focuses on creating value for businesses and organizations through mature leadership, digital initiatives, effective governance and moderns technology stacks.

 

Nikki Ratcliffe - VP Marketing @ Pimberly

As one of the founding members of Pimberly, Nikki has built the Pimberly brand from the ground up. She is responsible for Go To Market Strategy and driving demand generation. With a strong track record of accelerating business growth for tech businesses, Nikki’s approach is on strategic marketing initiatives to drive full funnel pipelines.

Before joining Pimberly, Nikki led the Marketing team at Jigsaw24, the UK's largest Apple reseller, where she was also responsible for ecommerce. 

 

Peter Inseleth Jorgensen - Head of Global Sales @ TwentyThree

Peter Inselseth Jørgensen is leading the Global Sales Strategy and Operations at the SaaS startup TwentyThree, where he helps global enterprises to scale with video. Before joining TwentyThree, Peter worked at Citrix and has grown the business over 100% within the last 2.5 years and has kept Citrix as market leader within its field. Prior to Citrix, Peter played a significant role in growing the enterprise segment at the global networking and security vendor Fortinet.

Peter has also had various roles within the startup community – both as a founder, CCO and head of sales – making him a seasoned sales professional with more than 15 years of experience.

 

Steve Ward - CTO @ British Health & Safety Council

Steve Ward has worked in technology for over 25 years. He describes himself as a digital enthusiast dedicated to enabling business through technology. Currently, he is doing just that as CTO at the British Safety Council, a charity devoted to ensuring no one is injured or made ill through their work.

Steve is a family man with two young boys living in Oxfordshire. Hobbies include mountain biking, racket sports and coach to young aspiring rugby players.

 

David Lillington - Managing Director @ Reading Room

David Lillington is Managing Director of Reading Room and a board member for the parent company - Rippleffect Group. David brings over ten years of senior strategy and digital expertise to Reading Room. He also has extensive experience delivering complex, multi-platform digital solutions for enterprise organisations such as SAID Business School, Oxford University, WWF UK, and WWF International.

David manages some of Reading Room’s longest-standing clients, including Buckingham Palace and Clarence House. As Managing Director, he secured significant new client acquisitions, such as Circle Health, Integral, Hill Group, and British Safety Council.
