UX Audit with Recommendations
We will look at your website and evaluate it using a set of best practice criteria:
Usability - How easily can users complete tasks, is information findable, where are users struggling to know what to do next?
Clarity - Do users have unanswered questions? Is all the information communicated in a clear and simple manner? Are you using industry jargon that leaves users baffled?
Persuasiveness - How convincing is your website? Does it leave users with no doubts that they should take the action you want them to take?
Relevance - How relevant is the content on the website? Does it help users make decisions, or does it just confuse or bore people?
Accessibility - Is it easy to read the content on your website? Do images make interactions easier or harder? Is the experience great if users are on a mobile device or have impaired vision?

Retained UX Services for Continual Enhancements
Sometimes, you don’t need an overhaul but ongoing, regular improvement to ensure that you are optimising what you have, delivering new features in a user-centric manner and responding to changes in user needs.
We’ll agree on a monthly allocation for a 6 or 12-month period and each month, we will work on the areas we agree are the greatest priority. The approach we take will be determined by the outcomes we want, and typically, this will be a mix of consultancy, user research and design.
Our work is based on a continual improvement cycle:
Measure & evaluate — existing features and recently implemented changes
Prioritise — so we can focus on the most impactful changes first
Ideate & design — to make positive change, backed by research
Build — we can support your development team to implement the changes successfully
