  • Cti digital awarded fsqs certification

CTI Digital is, and always has been, committed to responsible business practices that make it easier to do business with us.

We’re thrilled to say, following in the footsteps of our award-winning CRO agency Worship, CTI Digital has successfully completed (the rather rigorous) Hellios Financial Supplier Qualification System (FSQS) certification process.

This recognition is a benchmark used by major UK banks and financial institutions when selecting suppliers. This represents and validates our continued commitment to best-in-class security and compliance for our clients.

What is FSQS?

FSQS is a community of financial institutions including banks, building societies, insurance companies, and investment services, collaborating to agree on a single standard for managing the increasing complexity of vendor and third-party information needed to demonstrate compliance to regulators, policies and governance controls.

Certification requires suppliers to be audited against FSQS requirements in the areas of Information Security Management, Business Continuity, Financial, Insurance, Health & Safety, IT Security, Anti-Bribery, Recruitment, Operational Risks, Fraud, GDPR, and the DPA, Responsible Business Governance, Environmental and Sustainability.

This registration means as a team we’re able to take on new challenges and relish the opportunity to help banks, building societies and insurers improve their websites. FSQS makes the whole process of working with financial institutions a lot simpler.

What does the registration mean to CTI and our clients?

The CTI has always had compliance at our very core, and that is why we have strived to attain this FSQS registration– to show our unwavering commitment to responsible business practices, data protection and compliance with regulations.

As a registration that is used by some of the financial sector’s biggest customers of digital services, it provides our customers with not just confidence, but built-in proof of compliance for internal and external regulatory inquiries while being aware that they are operating with a fully registered FSQS-certified firm.
