We are delighted to announce that we have been nominated for a whopping total of twelve awards across five categories at the Northern Digital Awards 2022! The Northern Digital Awards recognise the very best and most innovative digital marketing campaigns and agencies across the region. The awards celebrate marketing efforts from the retail sector to the health and beauty sector.

These awards are designed to give recognition to the entire collaborative effort that goes into running a successful agency. Every member of our dedicated marketing team has helped to deliver successful campaigns, tailored for each industry in which our clients serve. With hard work and determination, we achieved incredible results for our clients during a year of uncertainty.

We retain long-term client relationships, evolving and adapting to their business growth along with our own. We pride ourselves on helping our clients to learn as we implement award-worthy marketing strategies. Our focus is always to avoid working in silos and encourage collaboration across channels. This applies to our own approach as a group.

Nominations across several categories showcase CTI as a full-service agency including fantastic efforts from Supercharged and Mosquito. A blended effort has enabled us to deliver marketing and ecommerce excellence for our retail clients, resulting in some quality campaigns.

    Having invested in a new site that was plagued with technical issues, our client sought an agency to help them maximise visibility and reach new clients, carers and potential franchisees. This project was all about increasing visibility and building a web presence that accurately reflected the award-winning brand and its dedication to quality.

Navigating tight restrictions imposed on the healthcare sector and managing an account for over 50 stakeholders was no easy feat, but the Paid Media team at CTI Digital surpassed their targets for this results-driven network of clients.
  • CTI Digital & Drinkaware Trust - Delivering 127% over target on helping users understand their drinking behaviour
    Drinkaware had struggled to convert their grant account successfully and wanted to make the most of their online opportunity. Working with the Paid Media team at CTI Digital, Drinkaware achieved outstanding results. Despite Google's limitations on grant accounts, the team focused on efficient tactics and a targeted approach, aiming always to reach those at risk exactly when they need support.

    As the demand for at-home care grows ever larger, the homecare sector becomes more competitive. Working with CTI Digital, Right at Home took on a full replatform of their legacy website to build a foundation from which each franchisee could gain better visibility in their territory.

    Drinkaware sought reliable tracking, transparent reporting and (once they could see the results clearly) a vast increase in the number of people they reached with their interactive tools and services. Working with the digital marketing team at CTI Digital, Drinkaware combined SEO with paid media to showcase their advice to the people who may need it the most.

    As lockdown life reignited the creative spark within many of us, fabric companies like The Millshop Online had the opportunity to reach a larger market than ever before. Managing paid & social advertising, email automations, technical SEO and content creation, CTI have overshot their targets and helped to transform a small family business into a high-revenue ecommerce company.

    Intending to reach new audiences at the early stages of their decorating projects, Little Greene and CTI Digital took to social media. Armed with an advertising strategy to showcase the beautiful imagery synonymous with the brand and aiming to engage potential customers long-term, the team achieved triple the number of colour card requests they originally sought.

UK Dev Award nominations:

As an agency known for development services, we continually strive for excellence and our growing team of development experts guide us there. We have earned a further four nominations at the UK Dev Awards 2022. Our nominations represent our period of immense business growth and achievements in client satisfaction. We could not have achieved this without the whole CTI family including the teams at Ixis and Nublue.

The UK Dev Awards aim to celebrate the collective contributions of all digital teams. They champion innovation across the digital sphere and encourage agencies to strive to be bigger and better each year.

Third Sector Website of the Year

    Due to COVID-19, ActionAid UK was working under tight budget constraints. To maximise resource efficiency, Ixis proposed a collaborative approach with ActionAid’s internal developer forming part of Ixis’s team, allowing our client to get support and assistance where needed, and working as part of a collection rather than in isolation ensured project momentum.

  • CTI Digital - London Transport Museum
    CTI worked with the London Transport Museum to develop a logical and accessible website that was SEO friendly to drive website engagement. We mentored and matured the client to see the value of our strategic approach, and that allowed the refactoring of their audience's precious attention.
