This June, Acquia will host their inaugural Acquia Engage Europe conference in London. Naturally, as key Acquia partners in the UK, we will be eagerly attending the conference. Our Drupal Director, Paul Johnson, will join other leaders in digital transformation at the conference in London, on 4-5th of June. The Engage conference is about sharing insights, experiences and plans for the future of transforming the digital landscape.
Championing open source, Acquia provides a cloud platform that allows organisations to realise ambitious digital experiences at scale. Built to be API-first, Aquia prioritises and adapts to the specific requirements of each business. As such, the Engage conference promises to discuss planning, designing and producing digital experiences that target the right content to the right person at the right time.
An impressive programme of speakers includes the likes of founders, CEOs and directors from a host of industry-leading businesses, all with a vested interest in improving the digital landscape.
Baroness Karren Brady will deliver a featured keynote speech, leading a lineup of those who Acquia have termed “industry disruptors”. Alongside Michael Sullivan, CEO of Acquia, and Dries Buytaert, Drupal Founder and co-founder of Acquia, representatives from Hiscox, Inviqa, W.L Gore, Bayer and other such global business giants, will share their knowledge and insight from experiencing “the cutting edge of digital technology”.
We are particularly excited to hear from Tim Buchanan, Group Head of Digital at Hiscox. Some of our notable clients, such as Greater London Authority and The Royal College of Occupational Therapists, will also join us. This is a testament to the variety of authoritative voices at the conference.
“The pace of digital innovation has significantly increased across Europe with organisations striving to deliver on their transformation strategies. This year Acquia brings Engage to Europe to provide a focal point for digital leaders from across the region to come together and raise their ambition,”
